Cousins
It has been a busy weekend, even though we haven't really gone anywhere. Maria, Ellie and Colin are here. They came down just to see McKenna - and us too. The kids have been having fun playing together in the house and out in the backyard. They have been watching PBS Kids and videos. It can get pretty loud in here with all these kids. If you go just by age, we have one of each age. Kevin, 5; Ellie, 4; Michaela, 3; Colin, 2; Kyle, 1; McKenna, 0. This happens for a few months every year, from Kevin's birthdate to Colin's - about two months. Then, Colin catches up with Kaela. Six kids in an exactly 5 year span. Wow!
Notice how cute and cooperative the kids are. Well, except Kyle. He is going through the uncooperative with pictures stage. Kevin and Michaela both went through this and it drove me batty. Oh well, par for the course.
Mom, Dad and Ris are driving up here for dinner. We are celebrating Ris' and my birthdays. So, tonight will be even more busy. Maybe we'll try to take more pictures and I will try to post them tonight.
